Hi everybody. I have a few questions and I would really appreciate any info that can be offered.
1. Is this New Era Tickets Pre-sale legit? I am not a Phillies, Wings, or Phantoms season ticketholder, but I got the pre sale e-mail. I am on the Phillies mailing list however.
2. If so are those the prices that will be offered to the genaral public?
3. Are the tickets only availible at Citizens Bank Park on Saturday? My understanding is that this isn't a ticketmaster event. Is this true?
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

1. Yes it is legit. Many of us, including myself, have purchased tickets through the presale, and have received confirmation emails for the order. So far, us non-season ticket holders havent gotten rejected for the tickets yet, and it looks like we will be ok.
2. These are the prices that will be for the whole time. The presale is not a special price.
3. It looks like this is only a new era tickets thing, and not through ticketmaster. That is my understanding also, but i could be wrong.

I was concerned that the designated parking for tail gating might sell out, so I thought better safe than sorry!

I called the Phillies about the pre-paid parking and they told me to call Citizen Bank Park, which I did. They didn't know what the deal with the "tailgate lot" was, but they said alcohol (and grills) would be allowed in all the lots, just like it is allowed for Phillies games tailgates. I'm just gonna pay when I get there...no use paying the extra fee now...i

There is no need to pay for a tailgate lot. Tailgating is allowed at all Eagles and Phillies games as well as all concerts held at the sports complex.

I'm sure you'll have to pay for parking no matter where you park. In addition to the CBP lots, the lots at the Linc and the Wachovia Center will be open too, so will some of the other lots used for events. I'm guessing those parking passes will be for the CBP lot, or something close.
We bought an "oversized vehicle" pass because we'll take a bus again.
