Houston Parrot Head Club Presents License to Chill Annual Mud Bug Ball IV benefiting Citizens for Animal Protection Saturday, April 16. 5 pm till Midnight, Mulligan’s & More, 14440 Stuebner Airline, Houston, TX $35 advanced registration includes T-shirt, Goodie bag, deluxe souvenir event Koozie, and food ticket good for either cheeseburger or all you can eat crawfish.
