We have the book but not the CD yet. The book is EXCELLENT. Hoping to pick up the CD this weekend.

When I click on the link, it just opens the file. I need to save it to a jump drive, because the computer I'll be using doesn't have an internet connection at the time, so I'll have to take it and copy it onto the computer to play it.
