It sat unattended and neglected in a basement near Boston, Massachusetts for a few years before it miraculously fell into my hands!
Ewwww, that means he lives close to me......
I've been on Ebay for a few years now
Six years, five transactions. Power seller, there....
The aura of Jimmy Buffett's joy and distress at Sea is reflected in the innate simplicity of this device.
I think I'm gonna be seasick.....
It is potentially the true "Parrothead" dream to physically own something that once belonged to Jimmy Buffett. Be the envy of your friends... and even of other sailors.
I'm definitely going to be seasick.....
Friends told me it was crazy to sell this item.
And yet no bids.... what a shocker.....

Jen?
You don't want to make the first bid?
I'm sure it would be the centerpiece of your Buffett collection

Our next item up for auction is the empty toilet paper roll from a roll that Jimmy Buffett had used back in 1973!!! He was traveling and just had to "use it" so even though he wasn't a paying customer, my father who owned the gas station let him use the men's room. It's been in our family ever since then. I've had parrotheads all across the country beg me to give it to them but I've decided to auction it off to the parroteads here. Next week we'll have the toilet seat and the week after the toilet handle.
