Do a search on this area of the message board under "Costa Rica" and I'm sure you'll get a few hits. The time I went we didn't really have an official guide or anything. We sort of did our own thing. Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worst towards the end of our trip so we never got to the gondola trip through the rainforest like we originally planned. In the short time I was there (17 days) I did get to see a lot of the country: Cahuita, Limon, Jaco, Arenall, etc.
