I am gonna try the Filenes at the Cape Cod Mall at about 9 AM and if the line looks huge I am gonna go back to my GF's house and try the computer.

I have gone to the same spot the last 4 years and had luck each time, the place is never to to busy because it is so far from Great Woods. It is a long drive but with a great chance at getting tix it is well worth it.

What is this teaparty concerts thing that margaritaville.com is promoting? It looks like it's just a gateway to ticketmaster.com

I haev never tried it there. I usually try to use the comptuer but everytime have gotten shut out. My gf lives near the mall so if it looks packed I can leave and try the computer at her house. Both times I have gone to Buffett I have used the Ticket Exhange here at BN.

Isn't it just the luck of the draw at TB outlets??
If you get a good number, you get a slight chance.
If you don't, you go home.

if it is a TM outlet that not a lot of people go to than your chances are that much better. It's all a numbers game

The place I go to has had over the past 4 years 30-40 people at most. They hand the raffle tickets at 9AM without looking to see who is taking them and who is not so we are able to jump in and out of line and grab a few extra raffle tickets each giving us more chances to be near the front. 2 years ago I was #2 in line, last year #5.

no dont share it haha, sounds alot like the place i will be going to on saturday morning, im going to a ticketmaster outlet with my laptop with a wireless care (yes the mall does have wireless and it works at the outlet) and two cell phones, also bringing two buddies to spread out in the line, yeah i know we'll look like scalpers but i promise we're not, we're all phans, the only issue i can think of is there is another concert (i think reba or something) going onsale at the same time, should be interesting, hopefully the VERY late notice on the ticket onsale and the location (somewhat normal buffett venue no novelty like fenway or gillette_ will eliminate some of the non phans and make it alittle easier to get tickets

tix

Post by jellocannoncrew »

just a suggestion for those waiting in line for tix. i have found in the past that "if" you are able to get in and ask for say, 6 tix, they may say they are sold out. So try asking/buying singles instead. you may not get to sit together but you can usually get tix even when it say's sold out. Of course you have to be able to get a place in line ahead of all the scalpers :x hate those bastards so much

usually the max is 8 tickets

cape cod mall could be a zoo , there's a lot of ph down there.also i don't know of any other ticket master on the cape. my family had a house in hyannis.

they also do a lottory, first in line doesn't mean first for tickets.

you may want to have someone on the computer, when you go to the mall.worse case you have extra tickets that you will be able to sell.

as for me . my girlfriend lives in atlanta and is going to a ticketmaster outlet that morning.actually before to make sure they can pull up the show.
