I plan on bringing my bar to the Monday show (Still not sure about wed) so we need to make sure that we get to Great Woods at the same time so we can park close together and set up shop. The one thing GW is strict about is parking, they don't let you move once you are in a spot.

I think I speak for all when I say anyone can join us, I am not sure who is going yet but we will have a large crew. Over the past few years we have all met at an RV so that was an easy target but this year we RV-less. I plan on getting to the GW area around 10AM. So we can all meet at the convenience store next to Great Woods and drive in together. We have done this in the past and it worked out well. As long as we can get 3-4 cars parked together we will be OK, the late arrivals can just walk over and join us. When I say bar I don’t mean anything huge. It is a 3-4 foot bar not-fancy bar that is really just a place to store (hide) your alcohol for easy access when you need it. I have brought it to Buffett shows several times over the years and it worked out well. I also have a pick up truck so it is easy to transport it.
