CBIP in Cincinnati

Has anyone visited this CBIP location? Does it have the same feel as a Margaritaville?
I was planning to open a Margaritaville Cafe near the Newport Aquarium in Northern KY. Oh well, that leaves more time for fishin'!

I've been there once so far. Food is great and great atmosphere! I don't think it is quite like Margaritaville but it sure is nice to have in the area! We needed it! Newport would be a great place to have the cafe! It's always busy down there, especially in the summer!

I been there few times. It is fun, relaxing atmosphere but nothing like being on the river. At Cheeseburger you get to look at the highway, guess if you drink enough of those tall beers they have the highway could start to look like water. There is suppose to be a second Cheeseburger in Cincy this year. And I heard Chicago is suppose to have 6 total.
You say you were planning to open a Margaritaville Cafe? Can you do that? I didn't know those were franchise, but if you can DO IT!!! We need more than tropical places for folks to lighten up in this conservative city.
