So what is all of the hullabaloo on the Nissan Pavillion website that grills and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the parking lots?

grills were there last year...1 More and Tall ship fired their's up twice I think...anyway..no glass bottles.. and no alcohol sitting out to be seen..that was about it....it's no free for all, but a very nice time can be had...

just be prepared to eat, party, sleep or do something after the show because there is only one exit from the lot, veterans are aware of this and are prepared, plan on something to do for and hour or two while the lot empties some....

Thanks for the info, from the sound of the website it sounded like we were going to see him at Folsom Prison.

Thanks again for all of your help. I saw "the man" in Charlotte, NC a few years ago and am finally getting back to see him. I can't wait!!! I am glad to hear that it is not going to be as bad as it sounded.

I've been tailgating at Nissan for 10 years, and they make those rules just to cover themselves if there is a problem. Not once have the cops been jerks about grills and alcohol. The only thing they've ever said was to drink our beer from cups. That's it. They're really cool about it.
