Although sometimes a male, Crybaby is usually a female, and often a close ally of Innocence Abused. When teased or attacked Crybaby will pitch a loud public temper tantrum, holding her breath and kicking her feet. If that defense fails she will run to Nanny for comfort.

when your children get old enough you can use this case to discuss it with them. That's what Steven and I did Saturday. I know exactly what he would want me to do.
It's actually been very challenging at home, discussing this with Victoria. She goes to a Catholic school and obviously there's no question where the Church stands on this issue. She does know that mommy and daddy have different opinions (than her school) in this particular case but we didn't really discuss it much further than that. She didn't really ask.

IMHO she's probably too young to discuss this with. In fact if I had tried to have that discussion with Steven a couple of years ago it would have probably stressed him too much.

I wasn't planning on discussing it at all with her...because I agree she is too young. But, in the weekly school newsletter there's a list of people to pray for and it was listed as, "Please pray for Terri Schiavo who has been sentenced to death by starvation" and she asked about it.

It's a Catholic school so it doesn't surprise me, but yes, they could have left it off and everyone would have known. I think they saw it as an opportunity for parents in agreement with the Church to talk about it with their kids.
