I know I heard. There should be a special punishment for scum like this. And I actually think the death penalty is too good for them. How much suffering is there in laying down, closing your eyes and not waking up.

what I would do to this man is illegal, immoral, and too horrifying to even relate here..... what I would do to this man has no place in any civilized society....... and I'm not talking about killing him........

(but then I'd be just as much of an animal as he is..... :-? )

This is one case where although its clear (and proper) he is gonna fry, maybe letting him loose in the general prison population might be better

Death Row: many many years before he dies a painless death;
General Prison population: Violent death within 2 years after months of torture.

Any convicted sex offender should NEVER be released from jail...this situation happens all too often...yet nobody seems to get it... :-?

although it takes me a step in the direction of "animal," I have to agree....

Gulfbreeze is right:

He should've never seen the light of day after his previous offense.

The death penalty as enforced now will never fully address the evils that he has committed.

this is a tragedy no doubt about it, but for all the tragedies that have happened there are ten times as many good things that never make the news, people helping one another, and treating each other like they should be treated. It is hard to see the light in all this darkness but trust me it is there. We all just got to weather the storm and wait for a better day.

Well said, Preacher. (And I mean that title in its most positive sense. In military units, chaplains are often called 'Preacher' or 'Padre.' I guess you're kinda like our preacher, Brad.)

Sick. Just sick. Sick. Sick. Sick.

Why on earth do these people get out once they've committed crimes like this???

I have nothing coherent to possibly say about this.

I'd think that relatives would know about a record as lengthy as his.

I think my new calling in life is to be a lobbyist for the death pentalty.

Under MY plan...

-You get 2 appeals, they must be within 5 years of sentencing. You provide the lawyer, we provide the judge.
-If your appeals are denied, you don't get to b**** about how unfair it is that you get to die. 'specially if you kill a kid.
-After your appeals are denied, you must go to your penalty within 6 months.
-3 months prior to your date with destiny, the general public gets to line up and kick you in the nuts, provided they pay $25 towards education per kick.
