Unfortunately the link is to a web hosting service and not to BN itself.
If it was, phjim could just "replace" the image that the link goes to
with one of those ultimately rude ones we've seen pop up here.

I've never been to Jimmy's Buffet, so I can't comment on whether there is a performance or not. Maybe I'll ask the seller; just to find out what is on the menu.

If you report the auction to eBay they will remove it as per eBay's policy you can not have any viewable web address on the auction page. Even if it is part of an image.

If it makes anyone feel better, the link that's contained in that picture doesn't work.

Yes, I have no clue on copyright laws. I just wanted to point out that the location of the photo is referenced.
I'm not very well versed in intellectual property law but I would imagine if an image is copyrighted you can't use it without permission of the copyright holder. Otherwise, why bother copyrighting it in the first place?

I wonder if eBay could use the defense of interstate trade? I know that protects them on many other transactions. Of course they also stand behind the defense that eBay is nothing more than an "auction house".

what a jerkoff, read this

Payment is due within 1 day or negative feedback will be given and the tickets will be relisted. The tickets are in hand and will be shipped only within 5-7 days of payment to the paypal address* The only method accepted is paypal! Thanks!

Am I missing something here, he gives you one day to pay but he can take up to a week to ship out. Outrageous prices or not to me that is bs. I give my ebay auctions 7 to 10 days to pay and ship out with in 2 days of recieving payment.
