Hypothetical situation....

What is a few people were to create fake ebay accounts and get the prices up pretty high, getting him all excited and then the winner would never pay. It would be a completely useless account, solely for this purpose, so your negative feedback wouldn't really matter. But the kicker is, when the "winner" doesn't pay, he would probably give a second chance offer to the other fake bidder, and then they would turn him down and tell him he's a douchebag! Not only would it be fun, it would also waste at least a week of his time trying to scalp these tickets.

Of course, this is completely hypothetical.... :pirate:

Because eBay has actually started going after people with false accounts.

Just let the person auction off his tickets. If you don't agree with it, don't bid on them.

And no, these aren't my tickets.

Would be funny, but Ebay and the seller then have the right to take legal action, which im sure is what he would probably do.

Looks like the picture has been replaced.
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend
