Hmm, let's see. If I quit smoking I add 3 years, if I keep smoking and quit drinking I only add 4 years...but then my stress level changes, and I flatline....but if I continue to do both...I still got 30 years to go...no life style changes necessary here...I'm good.

See, this is what I don't like... says I'll live to 87 with all of my imperfections. I go for a physical, they tell me everything's great. I have no motivation to change my lifestyle, even though I would like to! I'm the type that needs someone to say I'll die if I don't do something... I guess it's up to me to motivate myself!
