Does one show at Nissan = a later show at Merriweather?

Could Jimmy be passing back through the DC/Baltimore area in August?

I sure hope so.

Don't count on it...there was only one Nissan show last year, and nothing at Merriweather.

I'll keep my fingers crossed with you.....but I wouldn't hold my breath. They have 5 concerts scheduled so far. 2 are sorta big (Alison Krause/Maroon 5) and the other 3 are small shows.

I would not call Santana with Los Lonely Boys small if I were you. That show is HUGE. Also, Velvet Revolver with Hoob will sell out eventually as well. They are big shows just not on the scale of JB.

Certainly would be nice, especially now that it looks like Howard County will be purchasing the facility and repairing. I'm just led to wonder what tailgating will be like at any concert there in the future with the Rouse Co. (or whoever it's called today) still planning on using a good portion of the existing parking lot for development.

But I'll always prefer Merriwether to Nissan as its about 5 miles from my house, and Nissan. . .

Sorry sparty. I thought that Santana was done as far as sellouts and the other show I had never heard of.
Showing my age I guess! LOL
Thanx for letting me know. That makes it seem a little better for Bubba to come then. Fingers crossed.
