TOBY KEITH ACCUSED OF PLAGIARISM

Has anyone heard about Key West's Micheal McCloud accusing Toby Keith of plagiarism? If so what do think, does he have a case?

Erik the Whaleshark has it on two of his CDs. Its a good song. While it does remind me of "I Love This Bar", its certainly not the same song.

I would be suprised to see Toby Keith lose this battle. Whether or not he plagarized, Keith has a slew of money that can buy good lawyers. Can anyone say OJ?

What about guys that call each other by their last names? I have hard time remembering some of my friends first names.

Toby Keith’s career is much like Jimmy’s. Toby has been playing music for ever. He actually has a number of hits from 10 + years ago. A slave to his label and unable to write or sing music he wanted to because of his label. Toby has become a household name and a country music star since leaving his original label and performing on his own label. He now writes and records what he wants to. He’s been around for a very long time, he’s finally being recognized for the entertainer/musician he is. His 15mins are long from over.
