I'd never wear anything around my waist that added inches there! No fannypack/bumbag for ME!!!

Guys seem to get the better end of the deal over 50 . . . if they still have a behind, they can get away with nice jeans for awhile.

agreed, on the guys....

unless I feel like I'm in a place I could get mugged or have it grabbed, I wear my fanny pack hanging on my shoulder. you're right; don't need ANY extra inches on the butt...

Speedos are just WRONG unless you're in competition and under 30.

I don't think older women should wear fussy trim on dress clothes . . . no gold buttons or buckles . . . on jackets or belts or coats . . .

Apologies to anyone who finds these opinions hurtful. Somehow, I don't think we have too many huge fashion faux pas on BN!

What about women over 45 who insist on wearing tiny floral print under denim or corduroy pinafores (jumpers, in the US)??? They look like runaways from kindergarten!
