well to get you started......mgm used to be it. but now, you have a choice of mgm, m'ville at the flamingo and tommy rocker's. sooner or later dean will come by, and he will have the most info.
good luck. plenty of good times to be had.

This will be my first time catching JB in LV. At VPHC.com they mentioned the "Last Man Standing" party at Tommy Rockers

The MGM is not doing a pre-party. The best options are Friday Night "Last Man Standing"(Tommy Rockers) Mac McAnally will be the Headliner with John Frinzi and Doyle Grisham opening the show. Tommy Rocker and "Conched Out" will play after Mac. For more info visit www.lvphc.net. Saturday Morning John Frinzi will be playing at the San Remo (across the street from the MGM) from 10:30 am - Noon or so. There will be drink specials etc. Sat. afternoon Margaritaville is having their street party with Tommy Rocker and "Conched Out" playing.

What are your sources on the MGM Grand info (regarding the non-party)?
They tell me they can't confirm or deny the party yet- same old story every year since forever. That's a huge party and if it's not happening MGM should confirm that in a press release immediately so there can be no question.

My sources (multiple)are very reliable and I would rate the information at 99.9%. But I learned long ago never say never.

I have a hard time believing the MGM won't have a party.

The parties were scheduled to come to an end sooner or later....perhaps the development has started back there. If so, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Actually, I'd be kind of happy if this didn't happen.....I'd rather have one big party than divide the crowd between two locations like what happened in the fall.

Thanks to all of you, can't wait to see you there. If you see me say hi, bermudas, flip flops, maui shirt, beachcomber hat and a boat drink in my hand, oh I may be a little south of disorder.....should be easy to spot?

The best party is at Margaritaville - it's outside in between the Flamingo and O'Sheas. Tommy Rocker and his band are playing and now that the monorail is running, you can just hop on and go to the MGM for the concert ( I think it's like 3 bucks).

I spent 34 nights in Vegas last year. Does that count for part time residency?
