It's a Tragically Hip Tune isn't it? My only weakness in the Canadian music scene. Can't stand the Hip. Just a bunch of R.E.M wannabes. Only good tune they did was Fireworks, the only tune most Hip fans around here don't like

That narrows it down a little, but still not helping. I might have to give on this one.
