Jimmy's older but cuter. Robert still has his hair, though!

Hand-me-down World - The Guess Who
Like Kurasawa I make mad films
Okay, I don't make films
But if I did they'd have a Samurai
Gonna get a set a' better clubs
Gonna find the kind with tiny nubs
Just so my irons aren't always flying off the back-swing
Gotta get in tune with Sailor Moon
'Cause the cartoon has got the boom anime babes
That make me think the wrong thing

Now I think I know why
You sounded so strange on the telephone
It’s hard when you discover
What keeps you going keeps you all alone
Dreams so real you thought the smoke might never clear
Now you hide it all behind endless cigarettes and tears

Oooooh! Blue Rodeo - Somebody Waits
Good one, td . . .
I'm not your perfect angel
I am not your one and only
I'm not your sweet magnolia
It's not like you never told me
Love was just a fast car
And I was just a cross on the road

I guess I was just really hoping for a Gordon Lightfoot song.

One day, up to a cliff
That overlooks the water
I jumped in to save a girl
It was somebody's daughter
And now the ring that's on my hand
Was given to me by her
And to this day we all sit around
And dream of ways to get higher
Yeah, to get much higher

Nickleback -leader of men
but I'll admit I cheated and used google
If you've ever hung out with canadian girls in windsor you should know this song.
We arrived in December and London was cold
We stayed in the bars along Charing Cross Road
We never saw nothin' but brass taps and oak
Kept a shine on the bar with the sleeves of our coats
CHORUS:
You'll have to excuse me, I'm not at my best
I've been gone for a week
I've been drunk since I left
And these so-called vacations
Will soon be my death
I'm so sick from the drink

Everyone's looking to see if it was you
Everyone wants you to come through
Everyone's hoping it'll all work out
Everyone's waiting they're holding out

Tell me are you there, tell me
is it comfortable?
Did you want to escape,
try to escape
the population?
The pressure is deceiving,
and for you particularly
Should we let a young man die?
Let him die if he wants to?
Die if he wants to

Naveed - Our Lady Peace
I've got a smile on my face, and I've got four walls around me
I've got the sun in the sky, ah, the water surrounds me, oh you know
Yeah, I'll win now but sometimes I'll lose
I've been battered, but I'll never bruise ... it's not so bad.
