Stay at the Embassy Suites in Fort Mitchell, KY. Especially if you are with a few people. the living room has a pull out sofa and a frig/sink, dining table and chairs, king size beds in most rooms and the price is right...if you have a AAA card/membership you can get extra discounts...have a great time, I have seen Jimmy there many times..

The cinci phc is working out some packages with a couple of hotels in conjunction with the HUGE Beganiversary party on Saturday nt.... if you are here then You " HAVE " To plan to attend........ wait for a little while till all the stuff is ophicial and We will give u the details. If you have to, make a reservation " just in case". But...... make sure you can cancel it , once our plans are announced you will not want to be anywhere else but where everyone else is !!!!

for our Where it all .... Beganiversary ............Can't say too much till it is all completely finalized but already know you will want to be here. It is going to be something special.. and since there are people making plans and putting down deposits ect/ . We just want everyone to know there is something good going on. We are negotiating some hotel rates for u too...... Believe me we want to tell as bad as u want to know.

I am sure the best tailgating will be in the corner coney lot across the street from The main park entrance. We usually set up with the Dave and the Phabulous PHINMOBILE ........ we are usually in early and it builds around us. We (Dave and I) worked it out with coney the last 2 years to use it. and our main restriction seems to be that we try to keep it relatively clean. We did a good job last year, so We think they will let us use it again this year..

I am sure the Cincinnati club is putting something big together and will be worth the wait. I highly recommend you come in early to play with the Cincinnati PHC. However, I also know how parrot heads like back up plans so here is some hotel info for you. As Ches mentioned you may want to book your back up hotel so that you can cancel if you plan to join in the BeganAnniversary party. They are much fun!

The hotels closest to Riverbend (7.5miles) are on I275 exit 65 - that is the Beechmont exit and are 2 & 3 exits from the venue; express quick on quick off. About 3 miles from Cheeseburger These hotels include:

Red Roof Inn (known as phlocking central past years)
Motel 6 (outdoor pool) (internet rate for 2 queens $40.00) next to Hooters
Best Western (outdoor pool)
Days Inn (outdoor pool & restr)

However, Cheeseburger in Paradise is just one exit further (exit 63) and a couple miles down Route 32. This is probably where the Cincy club is putting together their packages. This is right in the middle of a huge shopping district with lots of restrauants.

Hotels include

Fairfield Inn (walking distance to CIP) (pool & whirlpool)
Holiday Inn (walking distance to CIP) (indoor pool & restr/bar)
Hampton Inn (walking distance to CIP same side of road) (outdoor pool)
Comfort Suites (longer walking distance to CIP) (indoor pool)

If you go into Expedia and use the Lodging wizard: put in the addy for Cheeseburger 812 Eastgate North Drive you can view most of the hotels. However you may find it cheaper to book on the phone or on their own website.

Hope this helps......see you at the BegAnniversary bash!

Oh yeah, I live at exit 65 so if you need more info let me know.

Re the motel packages. Is that like for the room and tickets to the Beganniversary? Any idea when they might be available. Would hate to wait too long and get left out.
