Recording from radio margaritaville?

After recoeding a show from radio margaritaville, what is the best way to break the show up into individual tracks? Is there a simple way to do this that someone can help me with? Thanks!

I use a program called Audacity. (check download.com) There are other programs out there, as long as it edits your format you should be able to do it.
It takes some time to cut up a whole show, and lots of harddrive space.
I try to do fade ins/fade outs on the tracks to cut some "clutter" but try to keep as many of Jimmys coments as posible.
