New Coconut Telegraph
For those who no longer get the hard copy, there's a new Spring 2005 pdf Cocotel available online, with a picture of Jimmy from the NOLA broadcast on the cover:

They need to update their systems beyond who just orders stuff through online or COCOTEL; limiting the hard copy mailing to who buys stuff through these two outlets is thinking too small. I've not purchased anything that way and I've only ever gotten two issues in hard copy. However, I've been a very loyal customer at CIPs, M'Ville Cafes and gift shops, as well as concert tickets (to say nothing of CD purchases). If nothing else, just give us a member number that we can write on a credit card receipt or fill in through an online or other purchase. They'd know a lot more about their customers that way. And, how about accumulating Parrothead Points to qualify for concert ticket pre-sales??? While I'm on this roll, how about putting together a volume of all 20 years of the Coconut Telegraph (sell it in hard copy and/or make it available via PDF)???
Hmmmmmmm...maybe they need to hire a consultant (me) on this one...

I'm really sorry that I ditched all of mine when I moved almost 13 years ago.barbieann wrote:Now you all are making me anxious to check when I last ordered something! I think I'm safe--but I think I will need to order just to be sure! I think I have hardcopies for the last 10 years or so!
