Prefer my maiden name... if I've said it once, I've said it a million times... I'm never changing my last name to the chicks... too traditional I suppose, just not my style... :D

i kept my name. i'm the last one to have it.. :( and i'm ME.. not somebody else's name or wife. i'll respect someone's decision to take another's name so respect mine.

as you can tell, i don't feel too strongly one this one

If I would have hyphenated my name - it wouldhave been
Megan Bonner-Mohr - which everyone mispropnounced and it would have been
Boner-Mohr - I think I was smart in losing the maiden name.

that makes me extenuating circumstances too---changed my name when I got married, but changed it back after the divorce---no kids, and my parents had both recently died, and i wanted that identity/connection.

I didn't gain or lose much in that regard... went from Han... to Har...

But I loved my maiden name - it was very unusual, like me!! :D
