D**n ticket brokers already have an auction up. I am not one to complain about anything Buffett related. But it gets under my skin that the best seats go to these bloodsuckers. With that said, I don't care where he's playin'. I'm just happy I get to see him somewhere this year.

Ask the seller if he has the tickets in hand yet or on order.

If he doesn't have the tickets in hand, his auction violates e-Bay's Terms of service.

He doesn't have them in hand as he is pretty vague about where the seats are. I believe he just gives a range of rows that the seats will be in. I can't picture anyone paying that kind of money for seats when you aren't even sure of their location.

Send him a message through e-Bay asking if he has them in hand. If he doesn't, report it to e-Bay as a TOS violation.

Only a licensed broker can sell tickets above face value in Illinois. Ebay requires a legal broker to include their license number in the listing. So, this is an illegal listing. Let's make a point to harrass every single scalper on eBay this tour especially the "phans" trying to make a buck off Jimmy.

Who says this auction is taking place in Illinois? It wouldn't be illegal if the seller was from Wisconsin. Not defending the sale but just pointing out that it's not necissarily illegal.

If You read the ad, The scalper says between rows 15 and 20. This scum doe NOT have a ticket yet. If I could use my tiny brain, I would post the seating for wrigley field. I'll try to figure this out.
