About a week or so ago when we were making jokes about some of the stadiums/venues we wish Jimmy would play at, I made a smart-a$$ remark that he should play at the Veteran's Memorial minor league baseball stadium in Cedar Rapids on OUR birthday (Dec. 25th).
Well, last night on the news it was reported that WILLIE NELSON AND BOB DYLAN will give the first concert ever at that stadium on July 9th. SOMEBODY must be reading my posts. :lol: :lol: :lol: They're not Jimmy Buffett, and it isn't Christmas, but ABSOFREAKINGGDLOUTELY I'm going!

Oh Garry...that is so cool!!!

I've seen both Willie Nelson AND Bob Dylan...but never together. Should be an interesting show, that's for sure. :lol:

They started playing minor league baseball stadiums lats summer I believe. Looks like they are continuing this year as well.

Yeah,they are going to play at Coastal Federal Field in Myrtle Beach, SC too. That concert will be in June.
Sunset Beach is my Margaritaville. Where there is endless beach, no time, and sunshine that seems to last forever. I know that Someday I Will.....Someday.
