Discuss current members such as Mac McAnally, Peter Mayer, Jim Mayer, Robert Greenidge and others, or discuss past band members such as Fingers Taylor, Ralph MacDonald, and Amy Lee.
I think it's clear that Fingers won't be back, but while I love Amy Lee's sax, I'd also love to hear a guest harmonica player join the band from time to time.

Fingers is the only name on there that I recognise
Timothy B Schmidt coined the term Parrothead
He now plays with the Eagles.
I thought all the names would sound familiar.
Hell, and that isn't even all of them, especially if you count the Reefers that also contributed to the studio records. Sadly, we've lost a few through the years such as the late great Kenneth Buttrey and Harry Dailey.
By the way, Timothy B. Schmidt was in the Eagles prior to joining the Reefers, the Eagles were just on "hiatus" at the time.
I think the reason Buffett hasn't found another harmonica player is out of respect to Fingers. Who knows what happened between them (and that's their business, not ours) but he also seems to be leaving that spot open. In that regard, I wouldn't rule out Fingers' return to the fold someday. With all due respect to Amy (who does a fantastic job), Fingers was an integral part of the Buffett sound and is sorely missed.
