The Lollapalooza 2005 schedule was released today... this year's Lollapalooza is being held on one weekend only here in Chicago on July 23 & 24. The lineup is posted here: http://www.lollapalooza.com/default.asp?fd=1

The Pixies, Liz Phair, The Killers, Weezer, The Bravery, Cake, Kaiser Chiefs, Louis XIV, G. Love & Special Sauce to name a few...

Guess where I'll be that weekend? Belfast, Northern Ireland. F&*%!!!!

This concert is a one day event... I could go to Ireland any other weekend... the island isn't going anywhere. I'm just saying I have bad luck with timing... not complaining about my trip.

July 15-25... Don't get me wrong, but I was in Ireland last summer and I'm sure I'll travel to Ireland many times in my life again...

It's just those bands I listed very well might be some of my favoritest artists ever and to see them all on one weekend would be priceless to me.

That sukks, this is probably the best lineup I have seen since LALA first started about 10 years ago. Not to worry, I'll tape the whole thing for ya. Hope you can bail me out of jail when ya get home
