No, this weekend. I've got to go up for my sister's graduation. I'm bringing them back Wednesday morning.

Yeah, but that was a long time ago. This was my summer job in college. Everybody else went home to wait tables or tend bar for the summer. I went overseas to do jet ski shows.

I hadn't thought about that. I called the rider that's in the other pictures, and he's game. Turns out he did some shows for the Pittsburgh Regatta a few years ago. Maybe I'll try calling Station Square...

WOW - Microsoft really knows how to throw a party. They treated 1,200 employees and guests to free food and open bar for 5 hours. They had a reggae band, beach volleyball, limbo contests, carnival rides, and the jet ski shows - all at the coolest marina bar in the DFW Metroplex.

It was the first time Sneaky Pete's had EVER been closed to the public in 15 years.

Here are a few pictures from yesterday's shows. I'm getting more developed, so I may have some better ones to share later on...

I heard back from the Director of Marketing for Station Square in Pittsburgh. He's not sure about the Buffett weekend, but apparently there's a new marina in the works there. He sounds very interested in doing a show for the opening. I'm sending him a video and I offered a substantial discount for the Buffett weekend, so we'll see... :)

Hey Bill great pics!!!! There were people that recognized me and Becky at the tailgate Sat and asked where you were!!! The morning crew from the wolf came by and hung out for quite a while and asked where you were too!!
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

This is me trying to keep up with the Joneses
I'm upside down with the nose of the jet ski under water. A fraction of a second earlier, and this would be an awesome picture.

of course we did!!! They told us to tell you they missed you and hoped to see you next year. Bobby and Tara from the Wolf's morning show hung with us for quite a while. Chris was running around doing news stuff. Cody came by for a brief moment. Cody remembered you from last year too. Never saw Amy B thou. But then we didn't go to the Wolf's set up.

Sounds cool. We weren't done with the last show until 5:00. By the time I hauled all my stuff home and got to the AAC, it would've been at least 9:00. So we just hung out by the pool overlooking the lake at Sneaky Pete's that night.
