Hmmm... interesting. On my errand run to Target on Friday night I drove by the Kennedy underpass... there were about 30-40 people there just looking at the stain... candles and flags all around it. I think it's all just really fascinating.

The dude in that article said it best:

"It happens, but as to why it created this particular pattern, who knows why," Blum said. "I guess if it comforts people to believe that it's sent by God, that's what's important."

I'll admit, when a Virgin Mary pattern appeared in a window of a hospital here in MA last year........I went to look at it. There were tons of people standing around, praying the rosary, etc. It was really a powerful experience, actually.
