IN FACT: My client has been known to go out drinking until 4am the night before a fight... be at his tournament at 8:30am and still win the match

so you client has a history of disregard for himself and the lives of others by drinking all night long and then DRIVING himself to a match. And along that drive WHILE LEGALLY INTOXICATED he could have been in an accident SERIOUSLY MAMING POSSIBLY KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE

I think points should be deducted for lack of consideration of fellow humans

First... he was driven to the match with a team staying at the same hotel in Chicago...

Second... we had just hung out with IUP all night, the night before... cut him some slack, wasnt that lesson enough in life
