There are all kind of rules that most "artists" call for. Johnny Winter has a clause that if anybody touches the artist when he is walking to the stage to play, he will not play and gets paid in full. Some bands call for no green M&M's. A lot of crap like that. They are stars, so they can demand those kinds of perks.

so my question after reading jimmy's list would be.
what are coronaitas? and yes the list has been hashed out before.

Actually, many stars make those sorts of requests to ensure that the venue pays attention to the details. The thinking is that if the little things are handled sufficiently, the bigger more important things will be too.

Sort of makes you wonder what the REAL prima-donnas like Bra-Bra Streisand demanded in their heyday.

wo deja vu....This subject was brought up last year, right? I didn't imagine it, huh? Is this the paper that said something about frozen Snickers bars?

I don't care about McCartney, Streisand, or the rest...I know this is a "Jimmy-Friendly" site, but doesn't anyone else find these contract demands alarming. A man who "prides" himself on being for his phans is a little/a lot anal. I can't understand how a man who came from nothing, could turn into someone like what this contract depicts.

My friends would always ask me if you could meet one guy and sit down and have a beer with one person who would it be and I would ALWAYS say Jimmy. They could not understand why, and I would say because he is so down to earth. He is in this business for the fans and who else could say that about. Well after reading this contract, I don't truly know if that is the case. This is a very sad day for me.
