Actually he's not legally blind...at least not according to what he said on the Today Show this morning. He can't see at NIGHT, but has 20/30 vision in daytime. His blind spot is when he gets too close to people, such as someone right near him offering a handshake. He can see all his designs etc. I believe he also said his periperal vision is okay for now too, it's just that area of things close to him. Maybe it's worse than he publically admits, but he sure jumped all over Katie when she insinuated he couldn't see.
