If you really wanted to book someone, you should contact The Whaleshark (
http://www.thewhaleshark.com). He puts on a good show and he might be on the mainland that weekend.
I would also suggest The Beach Bum Band (
http://www.beachbumband.com), but it looks like they are booked in WI on the 26th. Might be pretty tough to be in Philly the day before or after.

This was on another thread. I can't remember the topic name but some poster here said he was arranging for that guy to be part of the tailgating scene.
