Paging BNers in or around Madison, WI

My baby sister has been accepted at and will be attending one of the doctorate programs at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She is a budding parrothead (first show was Charlotte earlier this year), but she is already falling in love with the lifestyle.
I'm hoping to find some BNers in the Madison area who might be able show her around a little. If you're in the area, or know a great deal about Madison let me know and I'll pass on her information to you.
Right now, I think she is planning on moving up there in August. However its never too early to start building a list of contacts.

There's a few around here I think; I'm in Milwaukee, about an hour away. All she needs to do is stop by the CIP in Middleton (west side of town), I'm sure she's bound to run into someone from here there.

Wadey is a great resource.
I make an occasional trip to Mad-town to see my Grampa.
She will certainly be invited to any of our phlockings! And if she feels like taking the quick trip to Chicago... well, you know I'm here!

Yep, I think 7lords is just down the road (Stoughton??).
I've gotta tell you I'm a bit jealous. I did my undergrad there (finished in '85 so it was a while ago), but what a great, great place!! Madison is a wonderful small city with many things to see and do and the University is outstanding in many, many ways (academics, culture, atmosphere). The winters can be tough -- try walking along the lakeshore in January when the wind is howling from the North across the frozen lake..brrrrrrr. But then, it's beyond glorious to sit lakeside in the spring, summer and fall at the memorial union and have a beer (yes, you can get beer there) or some of the famous Babcock Hall ice cream (never had better -- ooooh, chocolate chip).

Coconut Bra (Amy) is there, too.
I'm only about an hour away (except this summer)....I can give some pointers, but not a lot.

She is going for a PhD in philosophy. Yeah, don't ask me, I have no idea why.
