I always think it's neato when we get dates like this. Don't know why, but I do  Kind of creepy to think of the 06-06-06 though... :-?

Me too...the first one I remember was 8-8-88....then 9-9-99 and we've been lucky with one each year with the nex century....I drive everyone crazy when the days line up like 3-4-5, 1-2-3 and so on...this month is a backward-frontward month all month....as in tomorrow is 5-6-5 backwards and frontwards...oh well numbers can be fun...and in this case they only last 24 hours...I also wished everyone a may the forth be with you yesterday.

The date is the first thing I noticed this morning when I got to work. An I thought I was a strange bird... :o
And all across the harbour
Night lights shinin' in
It looks just like stars on the water

My grandmother was born 8-8-1918 and she turned 70 on that day. How cool would it have been if she would have turned 88 on 8-8-88?

Actually, they played their first official night game on 8-9-88. The game on 8-8-88 against the Phillies was rained out in the 4th inning (I was at it)
Is it day?

My parents were at the first official night game on 8-9-88.
They bought me a commerative t-shirt from the stadium, but somehow the damn thing seems to have shrunk over the years.

Oh-and 8-8-88 was the day I started working for the Macon, GA police department.

I DID get one thing accomplished on 05-05-05 (actually THREE things)-I drank five Coronas, five Negra Modelos, and five margaritas.
As you might be able to guess, I'm feeling pretty good right now.
