The best I can tell... A bootleg that has been floating around in the hands of some parrotheads for a while. It was done at the 12-31-99 show... from watching it it was pretty close to professionally done... I expected some shakey camera from the back row.. but that wasn't the case at all... several different angles and shots including a couple from behind the drummer. Apparently someone got ahold of the footage...put it to a DVD format...the menus are lacking and of course no special features or anything like that...nonetheless it's cool to watch :)

If memory serves correct I believe a video was give to those who attended the NYE show. I can not remember if everyone got a copy or just those in the high paying seats. I also cannot remember if it was just a VHS copy or if they actually did a DVD. Could have just been a VHS copy that someone made into DVD.

I was kinda worried about the quality too.. .especially since there is no menus persay in the DVD but once you start watching it's pretty good! Several different angles and shots. :) They way it looks is that someone else transfered it to DVD.

The "Bootleg Video" (as it's called) was given to those of us that purchased the "top dollar ticket(s) to the Millenium concert on 12/31/99. Yes, it was professionally done and came in the mail a few months later along with tickets (first 6 rows) to see Jimmy in the city of your choice the following summer. It was a video tape, not a DVD, although I imagine some have copied it onto DVD format. Really is a pretty good video.

I know you guys that have it are getting killed with PM's right now, but I'd love to work out a B&P with anyone interested. I have some shows on CD, but I imagine you all would have most of those. I also have an extra copy of the Men's Journal with JB on the cover if anyone is willing to help out.

zanzibar you can follow the link posted in the message above to see how it works. Blanks and postage means you send the Blank media and self addressed postage paid envelope and I return it to you. There are also other easier ways to get the shows. IF you (or anyone for that matter) have some specific questions I will be more than willing to try to help out. Just please ask specific questions and read through the post first. Thanks!
