I'm posting it here simply because it happens in this area more than others.

It's getting so old the insulting just for insults sake. I don't care who it is that starts it because those of you that participate know who you are and you know that sometimes you are guilty and sometimes your not. The point is the guilt is shared evenly.

I, for the life of me, don't understand why in the heck someone wastes their precious life reading a thread about a performer you don't like and making negative comments in it especially when you've made your opinion known THOUSANDS of times. I'm not saying that discussion and difference of opinions is bad. What's bad is the way opinions are expressed. There really is no need to be insulting towards the performer or the poster now is there? All you are doing is creating negative vibes that others feed off.

Some folks just like picking fights, but I agree that it is getting old. When I first found BN there was a good vibe with everyone and now it seems that there are always those who continue to bring negativity. Let's all try to talk to one another with respect and remember the golden rule

I wish you would post this on the Off Topic forum as well. I completely agree with you that sniping at one another gets old fast. It reminds me of the folks here in Utah who want the State to control what can and cannot be broadcast via cable to my house. I say to them, if you don't like it, don't watch it. Same thing applies here, if you don't like an artist, don't bother reading a thread about him/her/them/it, etc.
