Unmotivated...

I finally got off my a$$ and ran... did 10 miles, and now I feel great. I'm sure I'll crash soon. Now I'm stinky and need to shower....

I tried running.....got shin splints. owie.

I call unmotivation inertia. Or can'tgetupoutofthechair-itis. I get this often.

Not moyivated today. Actually feel like sh*t today.

The thought of running make my knees hurt. I wish i could but the pounding does me in. He!! after a softball game i need ice for my knees.Never had surgery.but, i probably need it.

Here's my recipe to get you motivated:

Take off your shoes
Put on some comfy sweats
Put Barometer Soup in the CD player
Mix a drink that includes two or more of the following: rum, orange juice, vodka, coke, rum, tonic, Cointreau, rum, lime juice
Sit down and start reading BN

By this time tomorrow you should be moving.

(I didn't say it worked fast.)
