. Tonight I get to go shopping for vacation clothes. It's the first time I've been excited about shopping in a LONG time, as I've recently lost about 12lbs

and get to wear one size smaller than I have for over a year.

. Shoes just aren't very comfortable, and I want to make sure that I have a comfy pair of summer shoes to wander around in, especially if we head into town from the resort. I also suffer mildly of neuropathy, a pre-diabetic condition which makes my feet sometimes feel like I'm standing on coals

, although it has somewhat subsided with the weight loss, it's very important for me to have comfy (but cute) shoes.

I have issues with finding comfortable shoes, too. I've found a couple of brands that are reliably comfortable, breath well, and I can walk in for hours (the heels of my feet and my ankles hurt like a bugger; broken them several times and still aren't right). Depending on how much you want to spend, hopefully these will help. I own a fair amount of the different models. They wear very well and really don't have any problems walking for really long lengths of time in them. The smacker model with a pair of padded insoles is my favorite if I'm going to be on my feet for hours.buffettbride wrote: Any suggestions or recommendations? they are sooooo comfy. I have them in black and wore them for three days in vegas, walking all day. I actually didn't have more than a slight ache in my left ankle. It was great! They breathe so well too. Very soft, very flexible, most of the time they just feel like really soft slippers.ph4ever wrote:sy wrote:I have issues with finding comfortable shoes, too.
