I say FLorida... flights are dirt cheap there! I got a flight from Hartford to Orlando for $116 for the second week of June! But I'll travel anywhere.. especially if it's a summer thing, or like when I'm not in law school!!! Have to keep that in mind. Whenever this thing is, it should be a weekend day though!

One of my closest friends is a native of South Florida...Coconut Grove...he says it is almost as far south as you can get in the US and NOT be a Southerner....ToplessRideFL wrote:Thank you! I thought about putting southeast...but that was too general.HsvParrothead wrote:I like the way Florida is seperate from the Deep South option...![]()
Deep South here... though... most of you already knew that
Here in the tip top NE corner of the state,we are really south Georgia...but that island thing keeps us pretty seperate....
(Topless? You still waving? I thought I saw you this morning from the balcony???

And I agree..... most Floridians will tell you that this is not the deep south! Its too much of a melting pot.
We're pretty southern here...It is just across the border from Georgia..and a small island...13 miles long and 2 and 1/2 miles wide....
Amelia Island? Ever been here? Hmmmmm....Jax does have that new arena..and Jimmy played here this year.....Lots of hotels and places to stay after the Super Bowl was here this year..........
I was outside waving back.....Did you see me? Still in PJ's...and may stay that way all day....

CINCINNATI
Ok, Ok yes I am in Cincinnati & it looks like I am pushing
for here. But I would go anywhere for the BN concert.
However, (stay with me here) Finzinnati might make sense!
According to the current poll, 57% of respondents live in the
Northeast and Midwest. Throw in Deep South and FLA and the
number is up to 60% This is a large number to consider in
putting the show in a central location.
Now, Cincinnati is Delta's second largest hub and all Northeast, Midwest and South/FLA cities would be well covered by Delta.
Hotels and travel to Finzinnati would be cheaper than an East Coast
metropolis.
I know for a fact that the folks at Great American Ballpark
communicated a year ago with the JB people about a possible concert
in 2004 & rumor has it talks went on again this year, but it just did not work out.
Weather her for an outdorr concert is ok all the way up until late October.
Besides, Matt is 90 miles away in Columbus!!!!!!!
Just some thoughts...........................

private party at a ballpark??ToplessRideFL wrote:As mentioned previously, we are in the infancy stages of planning a PRIVATE PARTY. Considering the entertainment for the party is Jimmy Buffett, and the guest list will not be enough to fill a stadium venue, we need to select a location for the event that is easily accessable to all.
That said...where are you? Please select the region closest to WHERE YOU LIVE...not where you would want the party to be.
