Wow, 81 different songs :o and the SYKBH have relatively few votes.

10 Votes:
Tin Cup Chalice

7 Votes:
Migration

6 Votes:
Weather is Here
Last Mango in Paris

4 Votes:
It's My Job
Coast of Carolina
Cowboy in the Jungle
Floridays
Love and Luck

3 Votes:
Banana Republics
Jimmy Dreams
OPH
Trying to Reason With Hurricane Season
Life is Just a Tire Swing
Pacing the Cage

2 Votes:
No Plane Sunday
School Boy Heart
Happily Ever After
Cuban Crime of Passion
Woman Going Crazy on Caroline Street
Little Miss Magic
Wino and I Know
Jolly Mon
Kick It in Second Wind
No Woman, No Cry
Tonight I Just Need My Guitar
Knees of My Heart
Who's the Blond Stranger
Far Side of the World
Fruitcakes
Peanut Butter Conspiracy
CILCIA

Everything else I didn't put has 1 vote (there are another 49 songs :o ).
Even if the concert doesn't go down or a corporate sponser makes Jimmy play the songs they want and not what we want or something like that, this is still a blast (and it keeps me from doing work  8) ).

Keep those votes coming!!! :D

Sometimes more than others,
we see who and what and where we are,
I'm just a one man band,
With my feet in the sand,
Tonight I just need my guitar

This is a great thread, even without the private concert idea...

I will say though, that probably JB would choose his own setlist. I do not think there are ever "corporate sponsors" involved in that decision, but a final tally of the votes like you are doing would be great to present as a wish list.

Havana Daydreamin

Desdamona's

Fruitcakes

(now of course I am hearing these with a nice sax solo on each...)

Pirate Looks at 40
He Went to Paris (because I've never seen it in Concert)
Banana Republics

Since it's our Concert, I propose a format change:

Start Out with About 10 Old School Songs, First Intermission (BN social gathering) Hit about 10 SYKBH (included Brown Eyed Girl and/or Southern Cross in this Section, Maybe Finish with Boat Drinks since we're going with two intermissions---Second Intermission (BN social gathering round 2), then Finish with Jimmy's Selections, Old, New Whatever for 10 Songs.

Wrap it all up with just Jimmy and His Guitar on stage for two or three songs.

Venue--instead of going traditional, why not a tiered open field, if one exists that will cater to tailgaiting during the show.

I know that some race tracks across the country has a similar set-up, is there a concert venue that would accomodate a terraced hillside with a lawn upfront (now it's getting real crazy!!!) in front of the stage

Just a few random thoughts  8) :pirate: :D

Where is Lovely Cruise, I could have sworn multiple people had mentioned it?

I think my three would be:

Ace
Lovely Cruise
Nautical Wheelers

Well, that's what they would be today. If I think about it again tomorrow the list might look completely different.
