That is exactly what I was telling the people I was talking to on the phone! And they wouldnt listen to me. Thanks for letting me know that... I'll keep trying.blackjack wrote:PH338:
I had a problem with my Philly tix and they were able to "void the bar code" and send us new tickets. It took four calls and two supervisors, but they finally did it.
Good luck!
When you say they lost the tickets, did they mail them already and you never got them or were they being held at will call? If tickets.commailed them I'd say you're screwed. Once the tickets are out of their hands and in the mail there really isn't anything they can do about it. And to play devil's advocate here, think about tickets.com's problem. What's to stop people from calling up and saying they never got their tickets and asking for new ones. Not every venue uses bar code scanning, some places still tear off ticket stubs. Even if a place does use bar code scanning how does tickets.com know a scalper isn't scamming them?parrothead338 wrote:The problem is that these incompetent people at tickets.com have lost my tickets.
Yea that is my problem. They sent them last month. The thing that gets me mad is they will add a secondary owner of the tickets the day off the show. So if they can do it then why can't they just od it now and solve the problem. It is just frustrating.LIPH wrote:When you say they lost the tickets, did they mail them already and you never got them or were they being held at will call?
