Gulf Shorts...by Gulfbreeze

Since my dogs aren't talking to me today, just thought I'd share a few thoughts that are running through my mind at this very moment:

1) My friendgirl neighbor just graduated and is packing up her stuff to move back to NH...and that makes me sort of sad

2) I always seem to get stuck in line behind an old person that has gas

3) I don't like shopping in the morning because of all the crying kids and crabby retired couples barking at each other

4) I always remember what I went to Walgreens for AFTER I get home

5) Alma, in apartment #130 has a Bathtub chair for sale for only $20 and a walker for $15...I am wondering if she all of the sudden got better or just upgraded both items

6) I just spent $150 on cologne from Fields in Minneapolis...what was I thinking

7) I like it when I can help a pelican by taking the fishing lures that are stuck in its wings out and unwrapping the #20 test line from around its neck

8a) When I get a little down about my job at Hellton...I remember a sign I saw at Crabby Bills advertising "Come See Merlin the Dancing Oyster Shucker"...then I don't feel so bad

8b) That same day I parked next to a car that advertised "Rent Me, I'm Bolo The Clown"...and his car had a big red nosed tied on the grill

9) I spent $25 on Adidas flip flops and both of my big toes are bleeding...looks like rug burn...

10) I've lost 4 phones in the last 2 years in Boca Ciega Bay...that's getting expensive...maybe I should drop the $3 a month for insurance

11) My 24 year old ex friendgirl ex-"dancer" wants to move to the beach and share an apartment with GB...on one hand, that's sort of flattering, on the other hand...oh I don't know...I'll think of something

12) It always looks like someone shot me in the face several times with a pellet gun the first time I use a new razor

13) I always have the money to make my car payment on time, but find myself adding the $20 late fee every month...that's about 17 12-packs of Corona wasted each year

Well, that's about it.

Or when someone at work cuts an SBD and I walk through it and it follows me down the aisle...everyone thinks it was me...no amount of Armani can mask that aroma

If you shop here on Sunday afternoon it's all older folks with driving shopping carts who block the aisles.
How come Burger King's shake machine is always broken?
The only thing worst then Dunkin Donuts worker who doesn't speak English and can't understand you is the DD's that now have a drive-thru. You can't get them to understand your order no matter what you say.

My shampoo bottle says it will "Restore Your Hair and Spirit"...

Well, I still haven't reaped the benefits of having my hair restored...that's false advertising...

I hate family reunions where all your "relatives" which are actually "hers" let their rugrats to the front of the line to pick over all the stuff and they always take the fried chicken breasts.

I hate family reunions worse when my (now xwife) scolds me for going to the front of the line to finally grab a chicken breast because her "relatives" won't make their brats behave.

Why is it when my cats fart I get blamed ?

And someone please tell me why the hotdog to hotdog bun ratio is NOT the same!

I've ALWAYS had a problem with this!!! You have to buy, like, 40 to get it to even out. I'm a sucker for symmetry!

Marketing. If you always have a surplus of one, you're more likely to buy the other!
