From there he goes to Trenton, NJ on Sunday the 5th. Good location for NJ and Philly fans. I'll be at that one.

We have a show coming up in Virginia Beach, VA

MUSIC BY THE BAY

When: August 6th
Where: The Anchor Inn at Marina Shores
Time: 2pm-11pm
Entertainment Schedule:
2pm-5pm Calypso Nuts
5pm-7pm Seafood Buffet Dinner
7pm-11pm Jim Morris and The Big Bamboo Band
Tickets are $40 each (includes the buffet) and are selling FAST. We have a limit of 200 tickets and we're almost 1/2 sold out. We'll also have goodie bags and door prizes and a very special raffle item that I'm not going to announce just yet.

While you're here, enjoy the final days of the Duck-In which is being torn down to build condos. Jimmy speaks of the Duck-In often when he plays in the Va. area as it used to be one of his favorite places to eat. At one time there was talk of him buying the property for another Margaritaville but it never came to be.

PM me or e-mail me at 2fla@cox.net and I'll send along the registration form or you can find the form on the JM website www.jim-morris.com

There was no bass player at the show - missed the bass solo in Don't It Make You Wanna Dance. I know someone replaced Joey for the CD, is he not on the road with the BBB?

Joey is no longer with the band. Tommy Snellgrove returned as the bass player but I know he's had some family emergencies which made it impossible for him to make some shows.
