I have an 8 1/2 pounder frozen, waiting for a free weekend. I work as a beer vendor at both Chicago ball malls. I will be there for FREE in Sept :D Before then, I will be taking a weekend off, so I can have a tallone and pulled pork. Listening to RM in my back yard. It will be a great weekend 8)

Best, juiciest, tastiest BBQ is the pulled shoulder at Nicky's BBQ near Clinton, KY. And I've had BBQ in a LOT of places. The BBQ at 'The KEG' in my town used to be second best, but since the little old black good-cookin' man retired after 60-70 years working there, it's not as good. :(

Around these parts (Eastern NC), lots of folks swear by Wilber's Barbeque in Goldsboro.

When there's not Wilber's there always a backyard pig pickin' going on somewhere. I loves mine with some ice cold sweet tea and some naner puddin' myself.

No question the Texas beef brisket is wonderful...just found a good local source for lunch yesterday. :D :D

The great pork BBQ you're talking about can be found all over the Midwest and Southeast of the US. A good hog roast is tough to beat (yup, the whole hog) slow cooked, meat almost melts right off the bone...good sauce...oooooo this makes me hungry!!! :o  :D :D

For some reason, I don't think you were talking about the meat from a pig! :o :o :o
that could be up for debate...some men are pigs...but none of our lovely Bn men~
I must be a pig, nobody ever said I was lovely.
