I learned about 8 years ago...when I met hubby's SE Ohio family...and it is damn good!

WOW freakyyyyy...I actually had that tonight...I went out with my bro and his Girlfriend tonight to a Bar-B-Q rest.! Wierd! It's reallllly good!

I'm from the south so there is no bar-b-que other than pork. There is nothing like a pulled pork sandwich where they pull the pork off the shoulder right in front of you. My uncle owned a BBQ joint and was the pitmaster there too. It runs in my family.

MMMMMM, i fell in love with pulled-pork while at college in NC..now that i'm back in NJ i can't find anything even close to it..I might have to just make it myself...
