I just got XM with my new car. After being without Opie & Anthony for over 2 years, I can't turn the channel from 202.

i should have gotten XM with my car when i bought it (in 2004), but i thought i wouldn't really need it, but about a year later i added it on and it isn't as good quality as the ones that come installed in the cars. . .may i ask what kind of car you got?

I've had XM for a year and half, I enjoy the 70s, Deep Tracks, Comedy 150, the old-time radio comedy shows, JT the Brick on Fox Sports 142 at night, and CNN 122. I want to get Sirius for Stern next year, but their lineup doesn't seem as strong as XM, especially in the sports department. XM has baseball now, too, which is great.

Jah, you should take a listen to Opie & Anthony on 202 and see how long it takes for your easily offended head to explode...

What's most offensive about Opie & Anthony is how little talent they have. I'd rather listen to that waste of flesh otherwise known as Howard Stern.

Oh, and tales of me being so easily offended have been greatly exaggerated. Just another case of comments being taken out of context or generally being misunderstood.

Regarding talk radio I do enjoy listening to XM's Comedy channel from time to time and, as I mentioned in my list above, XMPR which also features quite a bit of music programming as well but I'm also a pretty avid listener to the Bob Edward's Show. He usually has lots of great guests, musical and otherwise and did a very nice interview segment with Buffett a couple of years ago.

Wow! Aside from Lucy my list is a lot different than everyone elses.

Looking at my Roady I've got the following:

1: Kiss
2: The 80's
3: The 90's
4: Top 20 on 20
5: Mix
6: U-POP
7: Bone Yard
8: MTV Radio
9: VH1 Radio
10: Lucy

I also enjoy Cinemagic which plays movie scores with audio clips from movies

The Neville Brothers and Rita Coolidge share backing vocals on that tune.

Dude, you're a little outside of their target demographic.. If you don't like them, that means they're doing their job!
