We look forward to you visiting Mohegan Sun for Jimmy Buffett’s upcoming concert on June 17, 2005. In an effort to make this an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, please note the following:

Tailgating will only be permitted in designated parking lots on Mohegan Sun property, which will be available starting at 10:00 am. Only concert ticket holders will be allowed to park in the designated tailgating area. Please have your tickets ready to show parking attendants.

There will be extremely limited parking in the area designated for tailgating, especially with respect to oversized vehicles. Please note that once the designated tailgating area is full, all vehicles will be directed to park in other lots or garages, where tailgating is strictly prohibited.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON MOHEGAN SUN
PROPERTY:
• No glass containers or bottles
• No kegs
• No charcoal grills (propane only – 20 lb. cylinder maximum)
• No dumping of sand (artificial beaches)
• No pools – large containers of water
• No trailered vehicles (e.g., boats and ATV’s)
• No weapons

Mohegan Sun will be selling a variety of items including Cheeseburgers In Paradise and Tequila Shrimp for those guests who wish to participate in the tailgating experience without the hassle of bringing their own food. Proceeds from the sale of these items will benefit “The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.”

Mohegan Sun Arena doors will open at 6:30 pm for the concert; please note that there is no opening act for this show. We encourage guests to enter the Arena as early as possible.

All usual venue rules will apply. Please note that all patrons will be subject to pat downs/searches upon entering the arena. No visibly intoxicated guests will be allowed to enter, and no signs/banners will be allowed.

... The rules at Mohegan and The Meadows(Hartford) basically s***. To anyone making the trip to CT for the show- BE CAREFUL, both on the roads (I-95 and I-395) and tailgating. Police are going to be everywhere!!!! This is the state that had cops fire rubber bullets and tear gas at a Dave Matthews Band concert. Dave Matthews!!! Load up on the plastic cups, and keep the extra gear stored away for the Tweeter shows (pools, palm trees, sand, etc...) Needless to say, security will be extra "harsh" here and there, so PLEASE watch out!!!

I would add Route 2 to that list (from experience).
