After watching the news tonight - in which they showed the results of Mohammed Ali's daughter winning a fight this weekend - got me thinking - I totally DISAGREE with women boxing ......
I TOTALLY understand the freedom of choice blah blah - but really - I am not a fan of men boxing, and dont understand why they would want to do it - however, the sight of a female , with a bloodied face after a fight - was just atrocious to watch
I know there will be differing views - but should women box??? (and guys - not talking mud wrestling blah blah in here )
If women want to vote, drive, go to war, etc, they should be able to box too. I don't think there's a woman boxer out there that I find attractive, but if they want to box then I say have at it!

Why I said "freedome of choice" - but I personally found it gross .... not that I find anything attractive with male boxing either ....
If they want to do it FINE but like any other all female sport it's boring. Sorry ladies, I don't mean to be offensive by that statement. Tickets sales speak the same as my statement.
When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.

she's cute in a white trash, single-wide-trailer kinda way...
A lot of girls train at my gym. Most of them do grappling, kickboxing and rape prevention. It's a great way to stay in shape and learn how to defend yourself.
It is odd though when two girls get in the ring and start banging away on each other. I have a HUGE amount of respect for anyone willing to get in there though....man or woman. A lot of people think they can do it right up until the first time they punched square in their face. It's a little uncomfortable to watch, but I say more power to 'em.

Tell that to Anika, Mary Lou Retton, Danica Patrick, Billie Jean King, Chris Evert, Martina, The Williams Sisters...
I am not an advocate of men or women's boxing so I dont follow it..... but if they want to scrap around a ring.....go for it! I will be having a manicure!

I'd love to see Mary Lou Retton and Martina against the Williams Sisters in a jell-o match to the death...
